Add ffmpeg cmd for lossless codec conversion

I found using the supplied ffmpeg command, that bitrate is throttled. Output videos look blocky - this stifles detection if a video is used as input to dynaikontrap

I've added the video quality param to fix this. My suggestion is that this goes into master branch also.
